ISO audits that help identify organizational challenges together.
Moving away from formal audits. Supporting the development of young employees and the revitalization of the organization through questions that delve into the intentions of management and the significance of activities on the ground.
The management system is not aimed at obtaining or maintaining certification itself, but rather serves as a tool to solve the management challenges of the organization and to facilitate continuous improvement. Therefore, during the regularly conducted external audits, it is crucial that the added value is high enough for the field to genuinely feel that "the cost of the audit was worth it," rather than merely confirming compliance in a superficial manner. Recently, more organizations have been involving young employees in audits for educational purposes, thereby enhancing communication and supporting overall quality improvement within the organization. The full text of articles that explain examples of responses that have pleased customers in actual audit settings, as well as key points for effective management system operations, is included in the catalog.
